Due to the nature of our personalised products we will not be able to offer a refund for these items.
All items will be dispatched within 1-2 business days. Items will be sent via Royal Mail.
A5 & A4 items will be sent in card backed envelopes.
A3, A2 & A1 items will be rolled and sent in card tubes.
